Shan was a co-founder of Trust N Trade. He serves clients with expertise on manufacturing from China, coordination bettween clients and factories and logistics duration. Shan is aimed to provide satisfying services precisely meeting clients' requests and needs. Through Shan's coordination through manufacturing and shipping, the quality of products can be maintained and even raised to a new level according to clients' requests, and the shipping course conducted can bring a worry-free experience to clients.
Shan is a local Chinese, majored in advertising at Hunan University of Commerce, China, and mastered in Creative Industry of Queensland University of Technology in Australia. Shan is keen on immersing himself in bilingual environments of Chinese and English, which enables him to talk appropriately with clients and factories.
Jonathan Ho
Jonathan Ho has over 20 years of experience in building and leading global product development teams for greenfield R&D centers. A mechanical engineer with a degree from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, Jonathan began his career in the USA at a prominent off-highway OEM, focusing on product development projects and honing his skills in product design and testing, particularly in vehicle structures design, simulation, and testing.
In 2009, Jonathan was expatriated to Xuzhou, China, as the on-site product engineering lead for a US-China joint venture factory. There, he co-hosted management meetings, mentored a team of over 20 product design engineers, and translated for training sessions with support from India R&D staff. In 2011, he relocated to Tianjin to establish the first satellite R&D center outside the USA, where he hired and managed the initial team of product design and test engineers, guided a product from design to mass production, and collaborated with Chinese universities on design feasibility studies and recruitment efforts.
In 2021, Jonathan returned to the USA and settled in Kansas to help establish an R&D center for a Japanese off-highway OEM, leveraging his extensive experience in R&D center startups. In 2024, Jonathan has joined Trust-N-Trade and would like to leverage his past experiences to help you navigate around all the potential pitfalls in global sourcing for your project success.
